On 29–31 October 2025, the Centre contributed to the Jean Monnet Module EURODEM Workshop at the Universidade Católica de Pernambuco (Brazil). The workshop consisted of three intensive days of academic exchange focusing on disinformation and hate speech, and their corrosive effects on democratic processes, institutional trust, and civic participation.
