On 2 September 2026, the Centre will contribute to the organization of the seminar “Mercosul–EU Agreement: Opportunities and Critiques,” at the Faculty of Law of the Federal University of Ceará (UFC).
Keynote speakers will include: Prof. Leonardo Pasquali (Full Professor of International Law, University of Pisa), Dr. Miriam Schettini (Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellow, University of Pisa/Catholic University of Pernambuco), Prof. Raquel Cavalcanti Ramos Machado Malenchini (Professor of Democracy, Federal University of Ceará).
The event will offer an opportunity to discuss the challenges, impacts, and perspectives of the Mercosul–EU Agreement, a central topic for trade, regional integration, and global governance.
This event is part of the Centre’s ongoing activities as a Jean Monnet Project Hub.
